We keep only what we need to sell to you and look after your order.

WHAT WE KEEP

For an online order: your name, email address, phone number and, if it's shipped, your address, with what you bought. We use them to fill the order, to email you about it, and to contact you if there's a problem.

If you make an account: your name, your email address and your password, which is stored so that no one — including us — can read it.

If you send us a message with the contact form: your email address and what you wrote, so we can reply and keep track of it.

Your card details never reach us. You type them into a form from Square, our payment processor, and we keep only the card's type and last four digits.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Square, to take your payment. Our email provider, to deliver our emails to you. Canada Post, which gets your name and address to deliver a parcel. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires us to keep sales records. The site keeps you signed in with a cookie, and your cart in your browser; it doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
