RETURNS

You can return anything bought from us within 90 days, online or in the shop, for a refund in the way you paid.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened games and LEGO sets can't be returned unless they're faulty.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER

Bring it to the shop with your order number, or reply to your order email to send it back by post. Return postage is yours to pay, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wasn't what you ordered — then we'll cover it, and refund the original shipping too.

Once we have the item back, we refund it to your card. It can take a few business days to show on your statement.
