Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use analogpause.ca or buy from us online. Analog Pause is a shop at 167 Deer Park Dr., Kimberley, BC. If you have a question about anything here, email info@analogpause.ca or call 306-737-7425.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST and PST are added at checkout where they apply, and the total you see before you pay is the total you're charged, including shipping.

Payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card number.

If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before your order ships, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

YOUR ORDER

Your order is accepted when we email you to say it's paid. Until then, we may decline an order: for example, if an item has sold out in the shop, or we can't ship to the address given. If we can't fill all or part of an order after you've paid, we'll tell you and refund that part in full.

Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Paper, ink colours and handmade goods can vary a little from what you see on screen.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

We ship within Canada with Canada Post, or you can pick your order up in the shop for free. Rates, delivery times and what happens if a parcel is damaged or lost are on our Shipping page.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the delivery date we gave you, you can cancel it for a full refund.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can return most items within 90 days for a refund in the way you paid. The details, including what can't be returned and who pays return postage, are on our Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under British Columbia consumer protection law.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for orders placed with your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

USING THIS SITE

The words, photos and designs on this site belong to Analog Pause or the people who made them. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, overload it, or use the contact form to send spam.

LIABILITY

We sell good things and stand behind them, as our Returns and Shipping pages describe. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost time or profit, that come from using the site or a product. Nothing here excludes liability that the law doesn't allow us to exclude.

How we collect and use your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
